At that point, Michael had already been paid and had no obligation to help. Instead, he got involved, worked directly with the warranty company on our behalf, followed up, and helped push the issue toward resolution. That level of support after closing says a lot about his character. During the purchase process, Michael was equally committed to representing our interests. I tend to negotiate aggressively, and there were several times I wanted to push for terms that most agents would have advised against. Michael never dismissed our position simply because it made the deal harder. He continued advocating for us, even when the seller's agent became frustrated and didnt want to continue discussing certain items.
